Shades Mountain Park

As of right now more than 400 children have registered for Fall Baseball at SMP, up from last year. Remember, registration continues through this Sunday, Aug. 29th. Fall Baseball will begin on Sunday, Sept. 13th and continue through Sunday, Nov. 1st. You can register by clicking here.

SMP will be closed today and gates locked due to chemicals the fields are being treated with to kill insects so no baseball or football at SMP today. Please call 822-4606 for latest news.

Fall Baseball begins at the park at 1:30 p.m. Players will be contacted prior to this date by their coach.

Fall Baseball registration for children 4-14 will be tomorrow and Sunday at Shades Mountain Park in the Board Room. It’s August, and that means it’s back-to-school time and back-to-baseball time as well. The major league baseball playoffs are right around the corner, the weather is perfect, the fields are ready…it’s an ideal time to be at the park.
